Sunlit living room with an olive green BELANDA modular sofa and a jute rug

A supplier you don't have to chase.

Lead times that hold at 4-6 weeks, any fabric in the range, and a claim procedure agreed before your first order. Here's exactly what working with us looks like.

4-6 weeks

Lead times decide what your floor can promise. Ours run 4-6 weeks from order to delivery, and capacity is planned against the orders already on the line - we don't sell a date we can't hold.

Any fabric

Every model, in any fabric and colour from the range. If a customer arrives with their own idea, bring it to us.

Your specification

Seat too soft for your market? A dimension that doesn't work on your floor? Tell us what to change - comfort or design - and we produce it that way.

Your label, our factory.

We sell to you outright, which means the furniture can leave our factory carrying your labels and your logo. Sold as your own line, under your own name. Your customer sees your brand, and the relationship stays yours.

Every model arrives ready to sell.

A sofa standing on your floor with nothing beside it is half a sofa. Each model we deliver comes with:

  • A fabric sampler, so a customer chooses sitting in front of the piece.

  • A technical data sheet - dimensions, construction, configuration options.

  • Packshots and a 3D model, ready for your website.

No photoshoot to organise, no budget spent getting our collection online.

One price, delivered.

We deliver to the warehouse you name, and the price you receive already includes that delivery. Nothing to calculate afterwards, no gap between the quote and the invoice.

No minimum order quantity either. Start with what your floor needs, not with what it takes to fill a supplier's truck.

When something goes wrong.

Sooner or later something will - on any collection, from any supplier. What separates them is who pays and how long the customer waits.

We work with a furniture repair company on the ground in the Netherlands, and we arrange the same cover in every market we deliver to. If a piece can be repaired, they handle it and the cost is ours. If it can't, we send a replacement element or a new piece. The procedure is agreed before your first order, so nobody is negotiating terms while your customer waits for an answer.

We come back.

We visit the stores we work with, regularly. Your salespeople get to know the models properly - how they're produced, what can be configured, what to say when someone asks whether the seat can be firmer. A collection sells better when the people selling it know it.

How to start.

  1. Come to the showroom. De Woonindustrie in Nieuwegein, from 5 September. Sit on the models, go through the fabrics, agree the terms and place a first order in a single visit. This is the one we'd recommend.

  2. Or order by email. If you already know what you want, info@belanda.eu is enough.

Start with one visit.

Come to Nieuwegein from 5 September, see the collection and the fabric range up close, and we'll go through the terms in person. One email and we'll set a date.
