1. Who we are

Belanda Home sp. z o.o. is the controller of your personal data.

For anything relating to your data, write to info@belanda.eu.

2. What we collect and why

Catalogue requests. When you ask for our product catalogue, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your company name. We use them to send you the catalogue and to answer any questions that follow. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Marketing emails. If you tick the optional consent box, we use your email address to send occasional updates about new models and collections. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Emails and calls. When you contact us directly, we process what you send us - your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message - to reply and, where it goes further, to prepare and carry out a business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not make automated decisions or profile you.

3. How long we keep it

Catalogue requests: until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data.

Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

Business correspondence: for the duration of our business relationship and afterwards for as long as the relevant limitation periods and Polish accounting and tax obligations require.

Server logs: for the period applied by our hosting provider, typically no longer than a few months.

4. Who else processes your data

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

We do use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) - our email service provider, used to send the catalogue and any marketing emails you have consented to.
• LH.pl sp. z o.o. (Poland) - hosting for this website.
• Our email provider, for ordinary business correspondence.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the safeguards required under Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics that identify you.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict how we process your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it

To exercise any of these, write to info@belanda.eu. We will respond within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzedu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work - in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Is providing your data required

No. Giving us your data is voluntary. Without an email address, however, we cannot send you the catalogue or reply to you.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
